My name is Lauren. I spent my childhood in Michigan. I came to Florida with my family as I was starting highschool. Each of my family members has their own artistic talent, so art has been the focal point of my life as far back as I can remember.  I was extremely curious about body modification as a child. My tattoo journey began with my first set of machines at age 16 and was offered an apprenticeship 2 years later. I have tattooed in a few different shops in south Florida and North Carolina. Despite attempting other careers such as shrimp farming and cake decorating, tattooing has always been my true love so it is now my full time thing. Aside from tattooing, (and a million other art mediums) I love the beach, cars, hair and makeup experiments, plants, and time with my family. I lean towards pieces with bold lines, lots of color, surrealism and outer-space themes! However I find joy in tattooing almost any style and subject. I am passionate about using tattoo to aid others in their emotional healing, whether it be gaining confidence about their body, or commemorating the loss of a loved one. My tattoo journey has taken so much persistence and dedication to make happen and I am very proud to be included in the generations of artists pushing for the tattoo industry to be a safe place for women, brown people, and LGBQ. Please visit my IG page to see my work on the link below.
